Habivista helps renters, buyers, owners, agents, and diaspora clients work through Ghana property decisions with better context. Start with the goal you are trying to complete, then use the matching workflow.

Choose your goal

• I want to rent. Start at Rent search, set your budget, check advance months, and save listings you want to compare.
• I want to buy. Start at Buy search, compare neighbourhoods, then check mortgage options if you need financing.
• I own property. Use List your property if you want to publish a listing, or Value my home if you need a valuation.
• I am an agent or agency. Create an account, complete onboarding, and submit verification before publishing client listings.
• I am planning a build. Use Concept Studio for pre-construction idea planning before asking Azunus for professional review.

Create or complete your profile

A complete profile makes every workflow faster. Add your name, phone number, preferred city, budget range, and role. If you are an agent, agency owner, bank partner, or insurance partner, complete the extra verification steps for your role.

Use saved items

Save listings, searches, and comparison candidates while you browse. Saved items make it easier to return later, request viewings, or share a shortlist with family.

When to sign in

You can browse without an account. Sign in when you want to save a listing, contact an agent, submit a report, request a valuation, apply for a mortgage, request insurance, or track support tickets.
